Dad's Deli also sell Spencer Cocoa, chocolate made from scratch in Mudgee, using cocoa beans grown in Vanuatu.
First Ridge Wines is set on top of a hill with picturesque views over the vineyard and also Mudgee. They grow Italian varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Fiano,Vermentino, Barbera and Sangiovese. The cellar door which opened in 2017 is two shipping containers joined together, with a slow burning stove during the Winter and gorgeous bifold doors and windows throughout the Summer. This stop is not to be missed, simply take in the views and sip on delicious wines.

Clitie started making her award winning raspberry shrub (drinking vinegar) about 14 years ago - purely out of necessity, while making a recipe that required the fruit shrub. Not having access to any, she decided to make her own.
She found that the fruit infusion she produced was so delicious that all her friends wanted some too. She has since expanded her operations and is making more and more volume each season. If you want to try a cocktail or too be sure to visit. Also at this hop is Aril Estate which specialises in pomegranates, garlic and olives. Wander down the lane and check out their produce of oils and syrups.
