Dad's Deli

Brewing craft beer in Mudgee NSW, since 2007. Mudgee Brewing Co. the true essence of beer. A boutique beer is produced in small batches, all natural and has no preservatives. 
Also to explore at this stop is Gooree Park Cellar Door and Pantry, 48 Market Street, Mudgee. In addition to their array of wines on offer, visitors can also purchase produce and condiments sourced purely from local operators.

Wander down Market Street to Town Hall and visit Dad's Deli. Located in the Town Hall Arcade (between Market Street & Byron Place), Dad's Deli is a family run gourmet delicatessen offering a wide variety of local, Australian & some imported gourmet items.
Dad's Deli also sell Spencer Cocoa, chocolate made from scratch in Mudgee, using cocoa beans grown in Vanuatu.

Baker Williams Distillery

Baker Williams Distillery is a Micro Distillery.They make handcrafted spirits and liqueurs focusing on regional flavours & influences. Opened in September 2012, the distillery is part of the ever growing Australian Craft Distillery industry with an expanding range of flavoursome spirits and liqueurs.All at the one stop you can also visit Vinifera Wines and Mudgee Hampers to enjoy fine Spanish Varietals and spectacular fare from provedores across the Mudgee region. High Valley Cheese

The Gilbert family is passionate about fine wine, family heritage and local produce. The Cellar by Gilbert is their tasting room & wine bar.Guests may enjoy both current and museum released Gilbert wines from Mudgee, Orange & Eden Valley. Lunch available.Also at this stop Bookings are essential.

High Valley Cheese where they specialise in handcrafted cheeses. Try marinated fetta, brie, caerphilly, stefan blue, colly blue, smoked cheddar and Mudgee Gold. Not to be missed for the cheese lover!! Bookings aren't required.

Di Lusso Estate

Mansfield Wines

Australia’s largest range of Italian varietal wines, the di Lusso cellar door is open every day of the week, with over seventeen Italian varietals and blends available.Their restaurant is open for lunch only, Friday to Sunday, serving wood-fired pizza and regional Mediterranean favourites.We also grow olives and figs, offering them both fresh and as pastes. Also at this stop is Mansfield Wines. Taste the Synergy from one of the oldest family owned wineries in district, taste some of the new exciting Mediterranean wine varieties available in Mudgee. Bookings arent required.

1838 Wines

The Olive Nest

Wander up the lane to 1838 Wines and the Olive Nest, an olive oil and wine experience. Situated on the site of the historic Pipeclay goldfields, The Olive Nest and 1838 Wines produce a unique range of extra virgin and infused olive oils, olive products and deep red wines.Their oils are hand crafted through their Pieralisi olive press located in the cellar door. The 2 hectare vineyard is one of Mudgee's smallest, producing a range of flavoursome red wines.Their durif and the just released sparkling durif/shiraz are highly recommended. A not to be missed experience.

Lowe Wine

Lowe Wines is a certified organic facility, specialises in small batch winemaking using innovative techniques. The vineyard is untrellised, unirrigated and certified organic. They produce lower yields of distinctively individual grapes; one of four flag ship varieties being Zinfandel. They are leading the field with practical sustainable management in their vineyards and on the farm. Bookings are essential.

Pieter van Gent

Slow Fox

Wine tastings at Pieter van Gent are conducted in the cask hall, which is dotted with barriques, puncheons, antique choir stalls, and flanked by twenty old German oak casks (circa 1850) used for storing wines. These came from Penfolds Cellars, when located in the basement of Sydney’s famous Queen Victoria Building. Bookings are on a walk-in basis.

Petersons Wines vineyard of 100 acres is planted to various red varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Durif, Zinfandel, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Chambourcin. Their whites also do well in Mudgee: Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Viognier and they now have Marsanne and Sauvignon Blanc. Bookings essential. Please use the link below.
